1. What materials are your collars made of?
Our collars are made from soft, breathable 100% cotton fabric, making them comfortable and lightweight for everyday wear. No nylon used as that irritates your cat’s skin!
2. Are your collars safe for cats?
Yes! All our collars are designed with your cat’s safety in mind. We use breakaway buckles that release under pressure to prevent choking or injury if the collar gets caught.
3. Can I customize my cat’s collar?
Absolutely! You can choose your preferred fabric, size, and even add name tags with your cat’s name and your contact number for extra safety. Please get it touch directly for the same.
4. How do I measure my cat’s neck size?
Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it gently around your cat’s neck, leaving 2 fingers of space between the tape and their skin. That’s the ideal fit — snug, but not tight.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Each collar is handmade with care, so processing takes 3–5 working days, plus shipping time. We’ll always keep you updated!
6. What’s your return/exchange policy?
Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, returns and exchange are not accepted, unless the order has been delivered wrong.
8. Why do we only accept prepaid orders?
Since we are a small handmade brand, prepaid orders help us manage orders efficiently and avoid losses from unclaimed deliveries. This allows us to continue creating quality collars and supporting our rescued animals.
